1. General Provisions
- This Agreement is entered into between the Buyer and the Online Store (represented by the site manager) at the time the order is placed.
- By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Placement of an order via the online store’s website constitutes acceptance of this agreement by the Buyer.
- Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods may make a purchase in the online store.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; consequently, the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.
2. Placing an Order
- To place an Order, the Client must provide their actual contact details in the online store.
- The Seller is not liable for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.
- The Client’s Order may be placed via the online store.
- After the Order is placed, the Client is provided with information regarding the expected date of delivery of the Goods to the Client.
- If the Client places an Order for a quantity of Goods exceeding the Seller's current stock, the Seller shall inform the Client—via the email address or phone number provided during registration—regarding when the missing quantity of Goods will be available. The Client has the right to agree to accept the quantity of Goods currently in stock or to cancel that specific item from the Order. If no response is received from the Client within 3 days of notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel that item from the Order.
- The Goods are presented in the catalog via photographic samples and text descriptions, which are the property of the online store.
- The presented photographic samples display one or more types of goods of a specific name and include text information such as descriptions, specifications, dimensions, unit price, and details regarding the goods' key consumer properties.
- Some Goods may differ from those shown in the photographs—specifically regarding shade, patterns on the equipment casing, casing color, etc. If the Customer has questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, they must contact the Seller before placing an Order.
- If a prepaid Order is cancelled within 24 hours of the prepayment, the Seller shall refund the full prepayment amount to the Customer using a method agreed upon by the parties; after this 24-hour period, the Customer is required to complete the purchase of the order.
