Delivery in Kyiv and Ukraine
When shipping via the Nova Poshta carrier, you can pay for your order upon receipt or collect an order that has already been prepaid.
For orders exceeding 4,000 UAH, we cover the delivery costs. If the order is sent via cash-on-delivery (COD), the COD fee (2% + 20 UAH) is charged to the recipient.
For orders under 4,000 UAH, shipping costs are paid by the recipient. If the order is sent via cash-on-delivery (COD), the COD fee (2% + 20 UAH) is charged to the recipient.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
- Footwear and clothing are shipped only after a 150 UAH prepayment. (The product price is reduced by 150 UAH, but this amount is non-refundable if the item is refused.)
- Wholesale ball shipments (cases of 72) are paid for by the recipient and require 100% prepayment.
- Large tennis equipment is shipped at the recipient's expense.
- Orders under 2,000 UAH are shipped only upon prepayment.
