The Tennisok online store (tennisok.com.ua) delivers orders throughout Ukraine using Nova Poshta delivery services.

Customers can select their preferred delivery method during checkout.

Delivery to a Nova Poshta Branch

Orders are delivered to the Nova Poshta branch selected by the customer. Once the parcel arrives, the customer receives a notification from the delivery service and can collect the order at the branch.

Nova Poshta Courier Delivery

A Nova Poshta courier delivers the order to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery is carried out according to the carrier's terms and operating schedule.

Delivery to a Nova Poshta Parcel Locker

Orders are delivered to the Nova Poshta parcel locker selected by the customer. Once the parcel arrives, the customer receives a notification with collection instructions. This delivery method is available for products that meet the carrier's size and weight restrictions.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for orders over 4,000 UAH.

For orders below 4,000 UAH, shipping costs are paid by the recipient according to Nova Poshta's current rates.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method, parcel weight, dimensions, and destination.
