Payment Methods

The Tennisok online store (tennisok.com.ua) offers several convenient payment methods. Customers can select their preferred payment option during checkout.

Bank Transfer

Orders can be paid for by bank transfer using the payment details provided by the store after the order has been placed.

Once the payment has been received, the order is processed and prepared for shipment.

Online Payment (MonoPay)

Customers can pay for their orders online using a Visa or Mastercard bank card through the MonoPay payment service.

Payments are processed through a secure payment page. Once the transaction is successfully completed, the order is submitted for processing.

Cash on Delivery

Customers can pay for their orders upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or directly to the courier.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the recipient is charged a money transfer fee of 2% of the payment amount + 20 UAH. This fee is paid by the recipient in addition to the order price and shipping costs.
