Returns and Exchanges
The online store Tennisok (tennisok.com.ua) accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, including the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
Returns of Products of Satisfactory Quality
Customers may request a return or exchange of products of satisfactory quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions
- The product has not been used and shows no signs of use.
- The product retains its original appearance and consumer properties.
- All original components, factory seals, and labels are intact.
- The product has no damage, scratches, or other signs of use.
- A receipt confirming the purchase from our store is available.
Certain categories of products of satisfactory quality are not eligible for return or exchange in cases specified by Ukrainian legislation.
Return Procedure
- Download and complete the Product Return Form (PDF).
- Prepare the product with all its original components and pack it securely.
- Include the completed and signed return form and the purchase receipt in the package.
- Send the product and documents via Nova Poshta using the following shipping details:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for products of satisfactory quality.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product, our store checks its condition, completeness, and compliance with the return requirements.
Refunds are issued to the customer's bank account using the details provided in the return form. The store processes refunds within 5 banking days after receiving the product and completing the return procedure, subject to the deadlines established by Ukrainian legislation.
In the event of termination of the sales contract, the refund is issued on the day the contract is terminated. If this is not possible, the refund will be made within a period agreed upon by both parties, but no later than 7 calendar days.
Exchange of Products of Satisfactory Quality
Product exchanges are subject to the conditions described above. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the store exchanges it for an identical product, subject to availability.
If an identical product is unavailable, the customer may choose another product with an appropriate price adjustment, arrange an exchange when the identical product becomes available, or request a refund.
Returns of Defective Products
If a product has manufacturing defects or other faults, the customer has the right to request a return, exchange, or repair in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
To return a defective product, download and complete the Product Return Form (PDF) and send it together with the product and purchase receipt via Nova Poshta to:

After inspecting the product and confirming eligibility for a refund, the payment will be refunded in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, no later than 5 days from the date of termination of the sales contract. Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by the seller.
