Product Returns and Exchanges
Dear customers!
All products purchased in our store are covered by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," which entered into force on January 13, 2006.
In accordance with Article 9 of this regulation, any product of satisfactory quality (free from defects) may be exchanged or returned to our store without issue within two weeks—specifically, 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
Conditions required for product returns:
- all original product documentation is available (manuals, warranty card, and the sales receipt confirming your purchase);
- the product retains its original marketable condition—meaning all tags, packaging, stickers, and other accessories are present and in their original state;
- the purchased product has not been used.
For courier deliveries: please carefully inspect the product upon receipt to check for defects and ensure the package contents are complete.
