1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by the Tennisok online store to enter into a distance sales agreement through the website https://tennisok.com.ua/.

1.2. This Agreement governs the procedures for placing orders, payment, delivery, receipt, returns, and exchanges of products offered by the Tennisok online store.

1.3. This Agreement is concluded in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce," and consumer protection legislation.

1.4. By placing an order and confirming acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer, the Buyer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.2. Buyer — an individual or legal entity placing an order on the website.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.3. Product images are provided for informational purposes. The actual appearance of products may differ slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or design changes made by the manufacturer.

4. Order Placement

4.4. If an ordered product is unavailable, the Seller will notify the Buyer and may offer an alternative product. Any substitution will be made only with the Buyer's consent.

4.5. If an ordered product is unavailable and the order has already been paid for, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

5.1. All prices displayed on the Website are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH).

5.2. The current product price is displayed on the relevant product page and during checkout.

5.3. The Buyer may use the payment methods available on the Website and described in the "Payment" section.

5.4. Delivery costs, unless included in the product price, are charged separately according to the selected delivery method.

5.5. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, the Seller will notify the Buyer. Any change to the agreed order price requires the Buyer's consent.

6. Delivery and Receipt of Products

6.3. Upon receiving the products, the Buyer is advised to check the integrity of the packaging, completeness of the order, and conformity of the delivered products with the order.

6.4. If any damage or discrepancies are identified, the Buyer may contact the Seller to resolve the issue in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

6.5. The risk of accidental damage to or loss of products passes to the Buyer in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. Product returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection legislation.

7.2. The Buyer has the right to request an exchange or return of products of satisfactory quality within 14 days, excluding the date of purchase, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

7.3. To exchange or return a product of satisfactory quality, its original appearance, consumer properties, labels, and proof of purchase must be preserved. The product must show no signs of use.

7.4. Certain categories of products of satisfactory quality may be excluded from exchange or return in cases specified by Ukrainian legislation.

7.5. If the Buyer receives a defective product, the Buyer's rights are determined by Ukrainian legislation.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.2. The Seller undertakes to fulfill confirmed orders in accordance with the agreed terms.

8.3. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate contact details and delivery information.

8.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for and receive the order in a timely manner in accordance with the agreed terms.

8.5. The Parties have other rights and obligations established by applicable Ukrainian legislation.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. The Parties are liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

9.2. The Seller is not responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect contact information or delivery addresses provided by the Buyer, provided that such consequences were not caused by the Seller.

9.3. In the event of a dispute, the Parties will seek to resolve the matter through negotiations.

9.4. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be settled in accordance with the procedures established by Ukrainian legislation.

10. Personal Data Protection

10.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes of placing, confirming, processing payments for, and delivering orders, as well as fulfilling other lawful obligations of the Seller.

10.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

11. Validity and Amendments to the Agreement

11.1. This Public Offer becomes effective upon publication on the Website and remains valid until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version.

11.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Public Offer by publishing an updated version on the Website.

11.3. Amendments do not apply unilaterally to agreements already concluded unless otherwise provided by law or agreed upon by the Parties.

11.4. The Agreement relating to a specific order remains in effect until both Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
